Brief Answer:
second degree burn

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you burnt the inside of your mouth. It sounds like you hae a second degree burn with a little bleeding. This bleeding will stop and is not a big concern despite you being on Eliquis. Your mouth will heal over in the next day or so. If you do develop any additional bleeding drink or eat something cold. IT will reduce the blood flow to the area and help reduce the bleeding. If you get lots of bleeding then you need to be seen but I think that is a very remote.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
