Brief Answer:
visit urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
You probably have too short or too sensitive frenulum and you have few options. First, use lubricants to avoid irritation and tearing of frenulum. Use condom. Apply mild steroid ointments to soften frenulum. For permanent solution you should see urologist who can then perform small surgical procedure. Wish you good health. Regards
