Brief Answer:
severe abdominal pain or black stool needs assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

You stated , painful black tar, if you mean that your stool has a black appearance then bleeding may have to ruled out.
Causes of black stool include : iron tablets, peptobismol and blood in the stool from the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract.
Bleeding from straining or hemorrhoids would cause bright red blood.

If you are not using iron supplements or pepto at the moment then you may need to see your doctor to be assessed.

Constipation can sometimes be associated with liquid stool because the liquid travels around and in between the impacted stool.
It can be associated with abdominal and lower back pain, bloating, if the pain is severe, this is another reason that you should be seen.

Unfortunately laxatives can sometimes also cause bloating

In addition to the restoralax which softens stool, you may want to try a suppository such as glycerin along with a lot of fluids. Restoralax should be used only once daily, used for only a few days, it can take 2 days to kick in with some persons

Paracetamol can be used for pain.

As mentioned before, black stool or severe pain, needs to be assessed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
need to be seen

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The fatigue and dizziness along with black stool are likely related to your loss of blood.
Blood loss would cause a decrease in blood count which would cause fatigue and dizziness to occur.

You should be seen and assessed by your doctor
