Brief Answer:
Furuncle

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw the brief query but could understand the sense by going through the pictures. You are displaying feature of skin furuncle which is caused by Staphylococcal bacteria. It is locally painful, red infection of the deep seated hair follicle on the skin. When you have such infection it pains a lot and the skin is stretched to cause pain during movement.

You need oral antibiotic course especially with Clavum / Augmentin up to 625 mg at least twice a day for 5 days. You can use local antiseptic cream like Mupirocin till the time you get the above oral antibiotic prescribed by a local doctor. Also you can take oral NSAID like Diclofenac/Ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation.

You should use the medicine for entire 5 to 7 days even if the lesion heals because furuncles are known to spread.

Hope this answers. If you do not have further queries you can close our discussion.
