Brief Answer:
Like salbhasana, bhujang asana, dhanurasana

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

I have seen your MRI report
Question arises as you have pain on left side, but MRI shows bilateral sacroilitis.
So I mean to say that there may be some associated factors also which are aggravating your symptoms.

Pain after pregnancy is common in hip and back.
There are some likely possibility which include

1 calcium and vit D deficiency
2 muscle sprain/tendon stretch

Yes yoga asana will help to reduce pain
Like salbhasana, bhujang asana, dhanurasana, superman pose, natraj asana, marjarasana.Which you can do under guidance of trainer.

Some exercises which can be done after pain has reduced include- Spine extension exercises, lying on your stomach flat lift leg 6 inches from ground, do it for other leg.
Now lift both hand and leg simultaneously, 6 inch off the ground and stay [salbhasana]
Position for around 10 breathes. Core stabilizing spine exercises will help.

You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.

Till time continue your medication.
Check vit D, sr calcium, sr B12 level also.
Comment on walking can be given after clinical examination.

Diet rich in calcium and protein will help.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Vit D can be checked in lab by blood sample.

As per your MRI there is no disc compression so no chance of pain due to sciatica.

Back pain can be postural [obesity] or gynecological reason or just sacro ilitis .
This exact cause of pain need to be confirmed.

You may not need surgery to cure this problem.
