Suggest Treatment For Baby Acne On Head

Question: I have a 3 week old daughter she has had akme sort of acne that goes and comes on her face but now theres red spots on her head what can it be

Hello. I just read through your question.
What you are describing is not uncommon. Baby acne is a result of maternal hormones in the baby's system. It is even more common in babies who are breast fed.
Keep it clean with plain water and she will be fine. It may continue to come and go. But as long as it is kept clean, there will be no permanent discoloration or scars.

Is the stuff on her face the same as the stuff on her neck and head because they seem a bit different to me

The lesions on the scalp looks like Cradle Cap. Applying baby oil, or coconut oil, or olive oil, for about ten minutes per day followed by shampoo rinse, typically helps this resolve sooner.
