After that I did not have periods for 9 months, Suddenly had periods for 3 months continuously. The bleeding did not stop. Underwent DNC and removed a pulip. Since then I have been following many Guinea Colo gist but did not get rid of my irregular period problems. At age of 36 I am planning for the next child but as my irregular periods and sometimes it stops for 3 /4 months, every time my doctor asks for Beta ECG and on confirmation of no pregnancy they give me hormone tabulates to have my periods. Due to irregularity of periods I have become 128.5 kg now, have developed asthma, liver pain, buldge in spine , sciatic pain and joint pain. can anyone help me to get rid of these problems without asking for bariatic sergery. Is there a way to develop tolerance for Metphormins. When ever I have glycephase I have loose motion. Can I ever have my next baby, have regular periods and reduce weight, painless periods and lead a healthy life.

Brief Answer:
Tests advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I totally understand your anxiety related to the issue.
Frankly bariatic surgery is the most effective treatment in your state but since you don't want to opt for it the problem of irregular periods and weight gain will be difficult to control without your devotion.
Best option for you will be a diet plan with regular gym and personal trainer which will help you to reduce weight and obviously better fertility outcome along with safety from other weight related problems like Diabetes and hypertension.
But ever since that needs a lot of conviction and time that is definitely an uphill task.
So I will suggest you to try diet and gym along with assisted reproduction.
Your chances of conception will be better than any other patient with similar weight because you have already conceived once and that too spontaneously.
So first get all your hormone profile done which includes TSH, AMH, FSH, LH, prolactin, fasting insulin, free testosterone, DHEAS levels and husband's semen analysis.
If you already have these tests then please upload the reports for me to analyze the status of your fertility potential.
I basically plan a cycle of In Utero Insemination (IUI) for you after a proper follicular study via transvaginal ultrasound.
Waiting for your response

Brief Answer:
Start fertility treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I have seen the reports and both are good within normal range and best part is that the ratio of FSH and LH is also normal so chances of a successful pregnancy are good as per these reports.
But main problem in PCOD is usually the quality of egg so weight reduction and control of ovulation and thus healthy menstrual pattern is our main issue now.
See since you don't want bariatic surgery and don't tolerate metformin either weight reduction is not very much possible at a rate that we plan fertility treatment after reduction in weight.
So better is to starts assisted reproductive techniques and weight reduction together and once you get pregnant most likely other issues will resolve soon and at least we can give you pills to reduce weight.
Pills for weight reduction are not safe in pregnancy so cannot be prescribed right now
In my opinion visit an infertility specialist and take ovulation induction drugs along with follicular monitoring and then in utero insemination.
Along with the treatment start a diet plan from a dietician and do brisk walking for at least half an hour a day.
Low vitamin D can cause joint pains but sun exposure daily while walking will give you vitamin D also and benefits of walk also.
You can also take daily supplements of vitamin D and calcium daily.
All the best.
