Suggest Treatment For Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita

Question: 2 Years Old Female diagnosed to have Larsen Syndrome, Congenital Vertical Talus, Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip. Diagnosed to have AMC 3rd Post natal day, baby was splinted for both knees from 20th day, hip dislocation was also diagnosed. Kindly opine whether this deformity is visible to necked eye and can it be termed as Congenital external defect.

Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita is usually picked up in antenatal ultrasound scans along with history of decreased fetal movements. But sometimes features will be very vague that it can be missed.
Usual findings in scan include lack of mobility and abnormal position.
The earlier the contractures occur harder is the early prenatal diagnosis.
Do follow your doctors advice.
After birth it is visible to naked eye in the first few days of birth.
