Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Depression And Weight Loss
Question: 2010-june I am 22 years 60 kg weight GOOD LOOKING (3rd year engneering computers)

I suffred from Chest tightness+breathlessness+tension+sneezing
Alleric to milk products,egg ,dust and oily foods
(get chest tightness,wheezing )
Consulted-Manipal mangalore-
Told I was sufferring from anxiety and deppression and prescribed REXIPRA 10MG+LONAZEP 0.5 MG for 1 year and told me to consult them again
2011 (final year eng final sem)

Took meds for 1 year and these meds made me life like a dreamy world but I used to feel like smoking and eating tobacco with meds.All above problems disappeared but I started taking meds for relaxation and felt life is easy with meds .but when I take meds I felt like smoking cigarettes and eating tobacco .i continued this too much and became very thin. Dint consult any doctor
2012 (out of college now with less scores in final year)

Meds+cigarettes+tobacco made me live in a dreamy world and felt life is on air and left my job and started bussinesses and forgot career. Dint consult again
2013 Lost money,time in bussiness and lost a lot of weight became very thin.and
started my software career again.

Felt meds are ruining my life and started taking less dosages to quit them gradually.but failed to do so and and tried it again and again with varied dosages of rexipra and lonazep .when I tried to leave meds I felt I am in a new world and irritable.WHEN I DECREASE REXIPRA DOSAGE I START GAINING WEIGHT BUT CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT REXIPRA FOR LONG. Dint consult again
2014 Today I am 26 years old and in a good job in hcl

earning good but still today I have to take rexipra 10mg+lonazep 0.5 mg to survive but I feel CONFUSED,loss of appetite and dizziness and still loosing my weight. My bones and muscles are completely lost with no density in them.i fear I become bonely.

In treatment of anxiety and depression regular follow up with psychiatrist is needed to adjust medicine doses, manage side effects and to treat residual symptoms.
Usually lonazep is given at start of treatment and stopped within 2-3 months. But you are taking it for years.
Rexipra and lonazep do not lead to smoking or tobacco craving. Tobacco is highly addictive product. Even if normal person use it, they become addicted to it. There is more chances of addiction in presence of anxiety and depression like in your case.
To manage confusion and dream like state, it is better to taper and stop lonazep in 2-3 week under psychiatrist supervision. Rexipra is not a addictive medicine, its doses can be increase in presence of residual anxiety and depression upto 20mg under psychiatrist supervision. For weight loss and poor medical condition you should meet nearby physician to rule out medical cause by examination and investigations.
