Brief Answer: Advised to see a Psychiatrist... Detailed Answer: Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query. I understand that you are quite concerned about your brother's problems. From the description of his symptoms, it appears that he is suffering from a psychiatric problem called Psychosis. However, he needs a detailed psychological assessment to confirm this diagnosis. Now, regarding the medication that he is on - Etirest (Etizolam) is a sedative medication and Deanxit (Flupentixol + Melitracen) is an anti-anxiety medication. But if his diagnosis is a psychotic disorder, then these are not the appropriate medication. He needs to be started on anti-psychotic medication. Since he is still having symptoms, my advise to you would be to take him to a good Psychiatrist in your place for a detailed psychological assessment and further treatment. Wish you all the best. That was about my brother concern . I also want a suggestion. I am 25 . When I write anything as like a simple words which is known then I write in wrong order (eg . concrn in place of concern or wht in place of what ) after that I only fill I made a mistake and if I see the big words I feel I remembered but as I close I don't write perfectly that I saw just a moment before. If someone say a long statement anything I don't remember . When I try to remember anything like song I can't . But I do anything when I learn (not memorise) . And not easily recognize different between similar words easily . Is this my Illusion . or I have problem . If yes , then, which doctor or department to concern.

Brief Answer: Suggested tips to overcome such difficulties... Detailed Answer: Hi, In my opinion, the problems that you have mentioned don't appear to be indicative of a major disorder or abnormality. Many people face the same problems that you have experienced. One of the main reasons for such type of difficulties is stress and inability to keep the mind focussed and relaxed. This means that subconsciously, you may be thinking about or worrying about many things - and this may be actually preventing your mind from concentrating on the present task. This leads to such problems like forgetfulness, spelling mistakes, and inability to hold your attention for a long time. One of the best ways to tackle this problem and help your mind stay focussed and relaxed is the regular practice of yoga and meditation. This will not only relieve your stress but also help your mind stay focussed. Also, try to avoid stress and tension as much as possible, and take regular breaks to relax yourself. I don't think you need any medication for this. If you just follow these suggestions, I think you will be able to overcome your difficulties.
