Yes it is an allergic reaction , probably to some medicine you might have taken or some food .

If you are on any medicine kindly stop and ask your doctor for an alternative . If you had any sea food or any unusual food before these bumps occurred kindly avoid them in future.

If the bumps are persistent get a prescription for Cetrizine and Wysolone and use it .
