Noted all the medications, which are mainly supplemental medications and should be administered under proper supervision of doctor and prior to that, the serum levels of those should also be checked..
As of now, for acute attack of pain, you should take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg three times daily after food for next 2-3 days.. apply analgesic spray containing Diclofenac (eg. Volini) over the area and hot fomentation three to four times a day for next 2-3 days.. avoid rubbing the area..
These should control it, but if despite trying all these, pain still persists, you need to get yourself thoroughly examined by an Orthopedician and managed accordingly..
