Brief Answer:
pain and nausea mostly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the symptoms depend but most patients feel pain which can be of variable quality (variable between patients), nausea and perhaps vomiting. Other symptoms that may occur include palpitations, sweating, fainting, etc.

Your symptoms require a new ECG right now, since this symptom could be an arrhythmia and there is no other way to really find out. Heartburn more often occurs in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Your age is also against a heart attack unless you've got a really serious family history of early heart disease or familial cholesterol disorders.

I hope it helps!

Brief Answer:
could be just anxiety

Detailed Answer:
The symptoms you're describing do fit a panic attack caused by anxiety. Acute heartburn can be caused by GERD and is not commonly encountered in heart attacks (although it may). The past ECGs do not ensure that your heart is OK now. A new ECG is required and depending on the findings and the rest of your medical history, enzyme assays might be required too.

Since you do have a history of panic attacks, it could be another one of those. But before attributing anything to panic attacks, organic causes will have to be excluded first.

Kind Regards!
