Hello,

I understand your concern. Acnetame is a supplement containing, among others, Biotin, which increases hair strength, so I am not sure whether your current hair loss is related to taking this supplement. However you did the right thing to stop taking it. If this supplement was the reason for your hair falling out, you should see a decrease in your hair falling in 3-5 days.
If your hair continues to fall at the same rate after a week, I suggest you consult a doctor for some blood tests and check your thyroid function.

I hope this helps. let me know if you have further questions.
Wishing you all the best.

Thank you for replying! Maybe could it be that since theres a large dose of Vitamin A in Acnetame and I consume 2 daily, Hair loss is one of the side effects?

Detailed Answer:

It is true that too much vitamin A can be toxic and the daily intake should not exceed 5000 UI. Given that you were taking twice this amount daily, I wouldn't exclude Acetname as a possible cause for your hair loss.
However, you can only be sure of this once you see an improvement after stopping of this supplement. If there is no change and you continue to experience hair loss, than you will need to see a doctor.

I hope this helps. Wishing you all the best.
