Brief Answer:
You may need surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You are taking good tablet.
But, it may not be useful if you have Sliding hiatus hernia.
I normally add Sucralfate with Oxetacaine syrup for my patients along with Rabeprazole and levosulpiride tablet.

Spicy food should be avoided. Pain killers should not be used. Coffee, smoking, alcohol have to be avoided.

If there is no response to the medicines, Surgery has to be considered.
Please consult a Surgical gastroenterologist and proceed.
Wish you good health.
Regards
