I think I feel ok. Is it dangerous if I got the b12 in vein? What could I expect to happen to me if I did?

Brief Answer:
When was the injection given?

Detailed Answer:
All the injections are absorbed into the blood hence all eventually go into the blood. It is the preservative that could have caused the problem.
If you are okay, I do not think there is anything to worry.
Yet, you can consult a local Doctor to see if everything is okay or not.
Secondly, see whether the injection was suitable for intravenous route or not - it is written on the ampoules.
Please check.

Thank you for helping me. The injection was given 1 hour ago. I don't have the ampoules with me. What is the preservative? I don't understand.

anything intra-venous will cause immediate problems, since it is one hour back, I do not think of anything worth worrying.
Preservative is a chemical added to the medicine to keep it in active form.
