Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain With Sore Breasts And Bloating
Question: I have lower left abdominal pain, sciatic pain on the same side, urine test shows blood and white blood cells but no uti symptoms. I'm achy, sore breasts and bloated, as well as tired. Can't get a scan for 2 more weeks and I'm worried. Negative for pregnancy and / or ectopic, I'm 37, good health and weight is fine.

Lower abdomen pain may be due to many reasons like pelvic pathology,calculus in urinary tract etc.It is important to know number of RBC and WBC in urine.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very important in screening of probable causes.You should plan USG at the earliest.
For sciatic pain,you can take analgesics like tablet tramadol.MRI of L/S spine should also be done to assess the status of nerves in lumbar region.Antispasmodic medicines can also be taken.
I also suggest tablet pantoprazole 40 mg single dose half hour before food to my patients for bloating.
You should plan USG earliest so that you can be assessed properly.
