Brief Answer:
imnnumerable causes for these symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I understand your symptoms. If you have cycles of 30-37 days, it may be too early for the test. Test usually comes positive 7 days after missed period so we must wait for atleast 7 days past 37 days from the day of last period. Meaning that wait till 30th of september before taking the test.

About the spotting: There are numerous reasons for these ranging from hormonal issue to common ones called cervical erosions or infections and cervical polyps. So this needs an examination by a gynecologist to know the cause.

The lower abdominal pain and tiredness, leg and body cramps too have innumerable reasons and need evaluation. A few common ones are fatigue and exhaustion from over work, stress, thyroid problems, pregnancy, anemia, intestinal issues, urine infections, uterine fibroids and endometriosis and so on.

As of now, if the other symptoms are very severe then see a doctor. If not then try mental as well as physical relaxation and yoga or meditation to help you. Also repeat the urine test after 7 days and if the periods are still absent get another one after 15 days to rule out pregnancy.

Please do not worry. You may use an ovulation detecting kit to help detect ovulation and help in conception.

Best of luck.

Hope this satisfies your query.
