Hi there,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern . I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1. First of all do not panic.
Please calm down. Sit back , close your eyes and try to have 3 to 5 deep breaths.

2.I would like to know, in which part of the abdomen are you having these cramps?
Do you have associated nausea, vomiting or loose motions?
And which medicines have you taken for the same?

3. If you are on birth control pills, are you regularly taking the pills as suggested? I could not find your date of last menstrual period, in the history.

Please furnish with these details so that I can help out in a better manner.

4. If pain is severe and colic or twist type, Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for spasm relieving medicines like Dicyclomine or Hyoscine.

Hi there

Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

Please seek help of your treating doctor for a suitable anti emetic and antacid medicines.
Have a diet with less spices.
Eat more of fruits and salads.

As your pain is in the back and pelvis renal stone needs to be ruled out.
USG -sonography is advisable to rule out urinary tract stone, as cause of severe pain in the back and pelvic area.

I hope this answer helps you.
