A few days ago my left testicle was swollen and causing me pain. Today I noticed my semen has a brown color.

Masturbation showed brown semen last night but normal this morning. Now later in the day I am beginning to have small involuntary excretions of brown/green
Whether sexual acts in last few days after testes swelling in recovery phase? Left testes still swollen

I am sexually active (unprotected with multiple partners) and am thinking this is the beginning stages of Ghonnerhea which I have had before, but have never had a swolen testicle.
Would like to remain anonymous and keep this off my insurance if it is STD related.
Wondering if I should:
1) Go to an anonymous STD testing center and run the panel then go to a Doc for scripts, or
2) Go straight to a Doc in a box and let them run the panel and go from there
If I don't have an STD I will go to my regular Doc and let insurance cover it is why I am considering #1
