Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The mentioned report quite certainly indicates an Urinary tract infections which are often encountered in females of your age. In case of such an infection you need to drink plenty of water while you take appropirate antibiotics like ofloxacin.

Let me know if I could help further.

Mucus followed by some traces of blood also coming through urinary tract which blocks the path. This is due to prostate surgery or any other cause? Presence of albumin in urine signifies which type of problem. Plz provide detail information

Brief Answer:
The first step would be to treat the infection and to evaluate the response

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Although prostate surgery could be related, urinary tract infection (UTI) still remains likely, especially with the number of pus cells raised. You would still need to get treated for this UTI. Presence of albumin indicates the same and that the problem could involve the glomerular filtering membranes.

Brief Answer:
Iron supplementation needed

Detailed Answer:
The creatinine level is grossly deranged and he is likely to require dialysis. Apart from giving iron supplements and iron rich food nothing else needs to be done to bring up the hemoglobin levels.
