Question: In my penis , I feel like something is flowing always past from 2 to3 days. feel like urine is coming out or flowing. but if go to toilet noting will come.. if I sit idle , I feel it.

After going through your history there are two possibilities can cause your symptoms
One is urinary tract infection and other one is renal or ureter stone.
I would like to know do you have burning sensation or pain or discomfort while passing urine?
Do you have back pain or lower abdominal pain?
I suggest you drink plenty of water. Sometimes dehydration also can cause it.
And I also suggest you get your complete urine examination and ultrasound scan done to rule out possibilities.
