Brief Answer: It cannot be cured Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for the query, Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder in which the skin proliferates at a very rapid rate and leads to exfoliation. It cannot be totally cured and can be only controlled. Various topical and oral medications are available to control this. You can use steroid creams or tar ointment to control this. Depending upon the severity of disease topical and oral medications can be used in combination. Please consult a single dermatologist and let him follow up your case. The treatment protocol remains same, various combinations have to be used at various times. Hence I advice you to follow guidelines from a single dermatologist. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Wishing you good health, Thank you

Brief Answer: Coal tar and steroid Detailed Answer: Hello I usually advice coal tar lotion in night and a strong steroid like clobetasol lotion in day to my patients. This combination works well. You too can give it a try. Meet a dermatologist and get them prescribed. Thank you
