Suggest Treatment For Norflox And Discomfort During Urination

This question for Dr Chandrakant Sir
I started my meditation with my reports and took norflox and nutrifortrion. I felt better and i started meditation 8 days back you know ie my norflox totaly 10 days ie 20 tablets and nutrifotrion 17 nos so far. I went for a urine culture on 5 th day it came normal but still have discomfort after urinating. I feel am i on wrong way. I was fine till staurday and stopped my norflax pls help me. Again my worry went towards cancer.

Since the course has been completed the worry about medication is reduced. I can understand that you might have some discomfort but this can be due to mild urethritis or concentrated urine or sort of crystallization due to Norflox itself.
Review culture is normal so no worry.
Take plenty of fluid.
Continue urinary alkalinizer.
Be calm.
Let us see for 3 more days.
Send urine for routine examination.
And give me review after three days.
Do not worry at the moment about cancer unless proved by cysto-urethroscopy or another investigations like ultrasonography or CT scan.
Awaiting for your follow-up after three days as advised above.

Still slight duscomfort in the morning is there. Afternoon i felt better. Stil mind says will it b a cancer. Can bladder cancer b without blood in urine. Is there chances. Can u help me .

Realy thaks for reply. I was fine while i was taking both antibiotic. No too pain is not always. In your experiance what would u say. Do i have or not. All say no bladder cancer can be without blood.urine without blood is not cancer 100%. .i say if cancer is there in starting statge how blood will come. Pls reply me asap .

I can understand your anxiety well.
Cancer is a group of cells that stop obeying to the control mechanisms of the body and hence grow differently and hence the blood supply to the most of the cancers is so much. This increased blood supply can made most of the cancers friable and hence more tendency to bleed to touching.
Very true that most of the bladder cancers can have visible or microscopic evidence of blood in urine, so is the case at most of the places in the body, particularly when of high vascularity, although there are exceptions to the rules.
But there are many more conditions that are not cancer and still can bleed a lot.

Can i wait for 2 more days and see is thai pimple going back on its own. Till day before yesturday it was not there. I saw it very vlearly. As you said it may b even bcs of heat and i would advice my wife to meet her gyno asap and get inspected. She was kept copert which was not removed sofar. It was kept some 10 yr back. Can i apply some oinment for timebeing if its meditation what kind of atibiotic can i take.i am not diabitic. I already took norflox and netrofotrion.

You may wash the area with plain water 2-4 time a day, make it dry and apply liquid Povidone iodine that is Betadine locally once or twice a day.
No ointment at the moment as they cause water retention from the sweat.
Treatment has to be taken simultaneously for both of you. Insist the Gynecologist to write treatment for both of you to be started on same day; no Norflox and Flagyl as you have recently taken these.
