Hi,
Welcome to HCM..
After reading answers and seeing the photos, I could conclude that most probably you may be having candidal balanoposthitis. It is a fungal infection caused by Candida albicans. There may be secondary bacterial infection.
I would suggest...
- oral anti fungal like itroconazole 100 mg twice a day for two weeks
- antihistaminics like desloratidine 5 mg twice a day
- oral antibiotic..short course like cephalexin 250 mg thrice a day for week
- apply anti fungal cream like sertaconazole cream
- Sitz bath in water mixed with few drops of dettol .. avoid soap on affected parts
- improve hygiene..keep the area dry
- improve immunity.. eat nutritious food
I hope above tips would help you in managing your problem... take treatment under supervision of dermatologist.
I hope you got my answer... still, any query, you are welcome.
Thanks..
