Brief Answer:
Please upload your MRI report and images/CD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I understand your concerns well.I read through your another query on the forum about your MRI spine report which mentions 'mild annular bulge with left posterior paracentral protrusion of L5/S1 Disc and mild left far postero-lateral protrusion of L3/L4 Disc'.Mild disc protrusions are usually not the indication for surgery. However,I would be in a better position to opine on this if I actually get to see the MRI images/CD.So,I suggest that you please upload your scanned MRI images here.Alternatively and preferably, you can upload the .rar archived version of your MRI CD on google drive and share the drive link here in the follow-up question.

Broadly however, antineuralgic medicines along with dedicated spinal exercises(physiotherapy) along with calcium/vitamin D and methylcobalamin supplementation are likely to bring improvement gradually.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with your MRI CD/images,so that I can answer this well further.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
