Detailed Answer:
I appreciate your concern and love for your wife.
As far as meeting a psychiatrist is concerned you can find one in any corporate hospital there in XXXXXXX
Now about her depression part. First and foremost important point is that her cause for depression needs to be treated if we want her to do good without medications.
The cause must have been evaluated and discussed with you by your previous psychiatrist.
If her reason for which she went into depression is under control and she is out of that, then we can plan slowly tapering her off medications and if she carries on well, we can eventually stop the medicines.
This is how we work out in case of depression.
You can discuss my opinion with your psychiatrist. Also if he agrees to this and finds on evaluation that she is fit for tapering down the drugs , we can discuss that part.
Stay Healthy.

Dear Friend.
Mostly hair loss is known to occur with change of place as has happened in her case. Also ,we should rule out other causes of hair loss before we completely Blame the drugs.
Get her Hemogram, Serum Ferritin and Thyroid function test done.
Till reports are awaited, start her on Tablet Follihair once a day.
Write to me with reports.
Stay Healthy.

Hair loss is not happening due to change of place it was for the last 3 month after starting the medicine this started when she started taking the medicine and place is changed just recently. So this is due to medicine only so please tell the medicine according to that only

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
See, if that is because of drugs only, Diacorate is mostly the culprit. Stopping the medicine is the best treatment. If we can't stop, we give supplements like Follihair as I have advised.
Start her on that but do get the above mentioned tests done.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Thyroid profile is normal. It means her hair fall Is probably due to medicines she is taking.
Follihair takes a very long time to show its effects, usually 2-3 months.
But it won't help her much as her triggering agent that is her medicines are on.
So, consult your psychiatrist if he/she could help her in stopping the medicines. Once medicines are stopped, eventually her hair fall will come under control. Also see if she is anemic. Get her Hemogram done, if not done since her hair fall has started.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
