Question: Doctor

I am 46 years old and used to be 77 Kgs (170 cm).
I had a back surgery and also depression, this caused me 10 kgs more.

I am now 87 kgs.

As aging causes, belly and weight, lesser libido, fatique.

All solutions given to me were Excercise, Eat properly, Sleep properly.

It seems not possible as it seems.

I need a jump start using any supplements then do the above.

Noted your concerns.
I agree with you that you are atleast 16-17 kilos in excess for your height. This surely can cause potbelly, fatigue etc. Unfortunately there are no shortcuts, but to restrict the calories. This will surely improve to lose weight and your symptoms. Some form of exercise like swimming will improve your well being and depression as well.

The above measures will help to improve sex drive as well.
I am sorry that i am repeating what hs been told to you earlier by yoir doctors.

The other thing to do is a Thyroid function test, Prolactin and a Fasting (8-9 Am) testosterone level, Lipid profile and Fasting glucose. This is to rule out other causes of fatigue and loss of libido. If you smoke or use alcohol, you may need to redce or stop it.

Most supplements have only a placebo effect. However, there is no harm trying a general multivitamin like "Riconia"
