I have some suggestions which will help you to make your skin look younger:

1. Wash your face regularly 3-4 times a day.
2. Eat fruits which has high water and antioxidant properties content like watermelon, grapes, pomegranates and dry fruits like almonds.
3. Increase green vegetables in your diet.
4. Take omega-3 fatty acid supplements.
5. Avoid food which contains saturated fats like butter and ghee.
6. Take vitamin C and E supplements.
Citrus fruits like oranges, lemon and capsicum contain high content of vitamin C. Tomatoes, mangoes, almonds, apricots contain high content of vitamin E.
7. Practice aerobic exercises and meditation.
8. Avoid exposure to UV rays.
