Brief Answer:
You have mild anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through you complete blood count report. You have mild anemia. No need to big worry. But you should find out the cause of mild anemia. You may have some bleeding from gastrointestinal tract. If you have any black or red stool then you should go for ultrasound abdomen once to rule out any pathology. You should take antibiotic and paracetamol according to your doctor's advice. Take iron supplements according to need. Nothing serious. So don't worry. Just be relaxed.
