Question: Flu symptoms since 4 pm CST. hTrowing up & Diarrhea. BP 135/112 Heart Rate 129

Your heart rate indicates that something serious may be the reason. For sure your are dehydrated and I assume you do not urinate much.
Usually diarrhea and vomiting are caused by viral infection and should disappear in 24 hours. If you find feeling better right now so the vomiting and diarrhea is less intense, you may wait couple of hours and see. Please avoid any solid foods during that time and try to drink plenty of liquids.
If you do not feel any better, do not urinate much, please visit ER. In such case you wont be able to deliver enough fluids.
