Suggest Remedy For Urticaria
Question: In recent months have had some unusual symptoms - such as nipples becoming quite deep in colour and a little touchy - also this week my tongue has been sore and touch for about 4 days - doctor thought it may be fungal and prescribed fungall tablets and after dissolving 2 on tongue it was better - it has occurred to me
that the sensitive skin areas of my body are reacting to something for some reason and today, after being
in the sun for half an hour, when I came in to shower the skin on lower abdomen was red - has now faded but
that is unusual. Also people comment that my lips are red at times and I have noticed it also? What am I dealing with here?

I appreciate your concern
Based on your description, you appear to be having urticarial flares. There can be a number of triggers and allergens. If the lips are changing color and you have hot flashes then it can be possible hot flashes. The darkened and sensitive nipples warrants that the breast be examined and a mammogram/ ultrasound can be advised if any suspicious lump is found on examination. If there is general fatigue and a sense of unwell feeling then blood counts, ESR and basic metabolic panel including renal , liver function tests can be advised in consultation with your doctor. The abdominal redness was likely to be a mild sunburn or related to the acute urticarial. If the investigations are normal then anti histamines plus montelukast can be advised based on severity of the color changes or rash.
