Brief Answer:
Tinnitus. Get an ear examination, PTA and I/A done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The sounds are known as Tinnitus.

2. The most common causes are ear wax and hearing loss.

3. Get an ear examination done and then a PTA (Pure Tone Audiogram) and an Impedance Audiogram (I/A) done.

4. Upload the reports for discussing further treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
