Whenever this happens my penis loosing its elasticity; getting elongated; ugly in shape: swelling at ejaculation mouth; veins getting swelled can be visible; and very difficult to pull outer skin cover lot of pain ; a burning sensation something biting at tip. Any slight touch at ejaculation tip produces this burning/ biting sensation. Not able to freely walk. Getting normalized nearly after 5/6 days.
It has happening sometimes after long cycling work; sometimes after doing sex
Or oral sex ; sometimes no cause. Previously doctor gave medications likeTAXIM O;CEFIXIME TBACT OINMENT BUT IT IS HAPOENING AGAIN.

Brief Answer:
It is probably from urethritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. If your symptoms are focused and involve the tip of penis with burning then it is possible that you are having frequent infection of the urethra. This is the tube which allows passage of urine from the urinary bladder to the urethra meatus or penile opening.

2. I feel it is an infection because you have written that Taxim O, Cefixime and T bact are curing it. These are antibiotics and if they work then there is an infection at some place. It is less likely to be linked with your testis.

3. These infections can sometimes be caused by uncommon organisms and need not be sexually transmitted. Therefore I would like to know if you have got any urethra swab and culture test when there was swelling and burning in the tip of penis.

Hope your query is answered.

yes on previous occasion blood test urine culture done but no clue, all normal. also this is happening at nearly 3 /4 mnth interval . strange fact. it is not only burning sensation at tip like common urine infection, the main trouble is loosing the erecting capability/ elasticity during this time.

Brief Answer:
You can apply lignocaine 2 percent gel on erect penis before having sex

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. The problem is some infections are hidden and require special tests to diagnose. I would like to see your old reports. The loss of erection is probably due to irritation in the urethra and tip of penis. You can try applying lignocaine 2 percent gel on the tip of penis if before erection and sex. This is a mild anesthetic and will control any irritation that is causing loss of erection. Please remember to get your primary probable urethra infection treated.

Hope your query is answered.

trouble is getting worse during this disease which remains 5-6 days. during this period I feel lot of pain during wearing condom, the skin cover of penis- very difficult to stretch it. I am not getting any clue. Sometimes this disease happens after long duration cycling (1/2 hr), sometimes after doing sex/oral sex, sometimes no cause found. this time the day before the disease I have 2 hrs of cycling for my home works

Brief Answer:
Probably stressful activities like cycling is precipitating the disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. It is possible that physical stress like sex is causing the erect penis to become more painful. There might be recurrent infection which is happening. It is suggested that you take rest and avoid sex for a week when it happens. Getting examined and tested for some specific infective conditions when you have the disease might be important.

Hope your query is answered.
