Brief Answer:
Nsaids, Muscle relaxants and physio for a week

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Your presentation can be due to a number of causes including vertebral column related spinal nerve compression, rhabdomyolysis (e.g statin induced ) or good old muscular trauma or overuse in exercise.
Empirically , NSAIDs ( Ibuprofen or diclofenac) and muscle relaxants ( tizanidine or cyclobenzaprine ) with physiotherapy should be prescribed for at least a week. If the pain persist and is associated with radiation or shooting pain towards the toes or associated with back pain, then imaging studies ( MRI) and EMG should be considered to find out the cause.

Please consult your doctor before deciding on any further course of action

wishing you best of health
