Brief Answer:
endodontic flare up, fractured restoration, consult your dentist

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the tooth is concerned, i have two possibilities.
It can be because of the endodontic flare up that occurs following root canal treatment. The other possible cause can be because of the fractured filling. Fractured filling is not common.
The pain in the other teeth can be a radiating pain from the second molar or it can be because of the gum infection. Nothing to be panic, consult your dentist and get it evaluated. If the tooth is fractured then get it restored with crown. If there is gum infection in the other teeth, get the scaling done.
If the pain is because of the endodontic flare up it will come down in 3 days, but you need to continue the course of antibiotics and analgesics prescribed during root canal treatment.
These are the possible diagnosis and treatment plan based on the description of the problem by yourself.
If you can upload the images of the teeth which are in problem, i can give you exact diagnosis and treatment plan.

I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there reply me back, take care.

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for your quick reply. I have uploaded xray of my wisdom tooth and 2nd molar.
2nd Molar has gone through RCT treatment yesterday.
but capping is not done.
My dentist is saying that the capping can't be done until the wisdom tooth is not removed.
i dont want to get the 3rd molar extracted as i dont have leaves in coming 2 months.
Please tell me how much time will this extraction take and is it possible to do capping before the extraction.
My dentist is saying that cap will break if tooth is extracted after capping.
what is the procedure of wisdom tooth extraction in my case as the tooth is very angular. I am very much afraid of this extraction please guide me.

Brief Answer:
surgical removal of wisdom tooth

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply and uploading the images.
The pain can arise from the wisdom tooth also. So the wisdom tooth has to be removed first and then capping can be done.
Regarding the wisdom tooth removal, it is a simple procedure done under local anesthesia. It might take around 30-40 min, Since the tooth is impacted mesioangularly and there are bulky roots. We need to do little bone cutting to release the tooth and then remove it. Nothing to worry, you will be fine in 3 days. You will have swelling and limited mouth for 4-5 days, but you can continue your routine work. Medications will take care of the pain and swelling.
Nothing to get scared, its a simple procedure. One or the other day the wisdom tooth has to be removed, so get it removed as early as possible otherwise it might apply pressure over the second molar and can damage it.
I hope i have answered your query, If any queries are there reply me back.
Take care.

Hi doctor,
Thanks for your reply. My 2nd molar is already affected and it has gone through RCT.
Then also do i need to go for 3rd molar removal?
Is there any chance that we can avoid the removal and there will be no issues.
Can we just cut the part of 3rd molar which is angular and left it as it is?
My Pain after RCT is still continuing.. I am going to visit my dentist today.
What all I need to check with him for the pain and cracked filling.
What can be the causes of cracked filling.
Please help me i am scared if my 2nd molar RCT is done correctly or not.

Brief Answer:
Wisdom tooth removal, crown placement, damage to second molar

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. As far as the pain in the root canal treated tooth is concerned, It can be because of the fractured filling or because of the pressure from the wisdom tooth. Cracked filling can be because of applying too much of force over that side while chewing food.
You need to get the wisdom tooth removed otherwise the pain will be present even after the root canal treatment or filling. If you dont get it removed, it might damage the second molar.

So get the tooth removed completely. We cannot remove the tooth half and leave it half inside he bone.
Nothing to worry, get it removed and later place the cap for second molar, It is a simple procedure nothing to worry.
I hope i have answered your query, take care.
