Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Resistant Oxyuriasis Infestation / Under Evaluation

Hi Dear, Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query facts and feel concerned about them.

In My experience-I would suggest plan of treatment , as follows-
Get Proctosocpy/ Or Colonoscopy done for to assess the extent of the Pinworm Infestation.
USG to assess other causes of intestinal pains/ sweating / and nausea.
Consult Physician to treat these along with Surgeon if need be.

This would assess the length of the Combantrin-1 gmx 1- 3 days
+Albendex-400 mgm 1 x 2-3 days (Wormin) -treatment-
a combination treatment for x 3 days would x every 3 weeks x for 3 courses
are effective.
More heavy dosages may be needed if the load of worms is heavy in the colon and rectum.

-Corbolated Petroleum jelly to relieve the perianal itch-
-Treatment for the whole family members- especially children
-Vit B12 and Folic Acid- to treat Chronic fatigue with Oxyuriasis.

-Tab Allegra- 180-mgm and Tab Dexona -stat doses to care of the angioneurotic edema and histaminic reactions from heavy worm infestations- for treating profuse sweating/ nausea/ and colicky pains in stomach

-Stool and Ova -examination every 3 mths and 3mthly treatment to avoid recurrence and reinfestation-which is very common with oxyuriasis.
-Bed covers and clothes of infested person needs to be washed and changed repeatedly

Hope this plan would relieve the intractable worm infestation of yours and the histaminic reactions with it.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
