Brief Answer:
Lower respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.

According to your description, there is possibility of lower respiratory tract infection which can present with productive cough, fever, chills, sore throat, body pains etc. Please provide more details like colour of sputum, any smoking history, any history of allergies, asthma etc.

You will need to consult your doctor, get examined and go for investigations like chest X ray, sputum for AFB and culture and sensitivity, complete blood picture, differential count and ESR etc.

With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treated.

Take care.
