Question: I have been suffering from premature ejaculation since fro the past 10 years, also have UTI Urinary Tract Infections keep coming and going once of twice in a year for the past 15 years. Recently I have been diagnosed with Kidney stones 4mm calculi inside each kidneys, I have no pain or any symptoms and sensations related to kidney stone yet. the local doc suggested me a Ultra Sound scan by seeing the presence of RBC in my last time urine check due to UTI. I read on the internet low serotonin levels can also cause PE, so i checked up my serotonin levels, it is 52.9 ng/ml. right now my main concern is PE and weak libido.

Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your query in detail.

The PE and loss of libido are directly related to frequent urinary infections and kidney stones.

But this condition need a definitive analysis.

For further analysis , I advice you to get the following tests.

1. Seminal analysis.
2. Scrotal ultrasound Doppler.

Serotonin has no direct implications in causing PE, hence it's measurement is not informative.

Further management if any is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
