Brief Answer:
Oral ulcers, causes and treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I'll help you with this health issue.

Mouth ulcers develop in people for a variety of reasons.
Usually there is a history of physical trauma, such as from a toothbrush or a bite on the mucous membrane (inner skin) of the mouth.
There are cases in which a deficiency of vitamins, particularly B and C can cause such problems.
Mouth ulcers called as apthous ulcers develop due to stress and tensions.
These are the most common of all the reasons.
I would kindly ask you to try a multivitamin course of tablets, such as "Supradyn".
I would ask you to use betadine mouth wash, once daily.
Kindly avoid other mouthwashes, as they can have an irritant effect.
Make sure you eat a full complement of green vegetables, per week.
Mouth ulcers usually sting. You might want to use a gel that contains lignocaine, many are available. You might wish to purchase this without a prescription over
the counter.

Kindly feel free to ask any doubts or further related questions, as regards these
health issues.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
