Question: i have stomach pain back pain in left side from last week. today it gets worse neck stucked.salty water is coming in my mouth from last 5 hours. i have faint once today. breath stoping. left arm pain. breath suddenly stopes and now i had parecetamol but still back pain in left side. stomach is very tight.

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have pains in the stomach, back left side from last week and now neck, left arm.
Also have salty water coming to mouth from last 5 hours, had fainting, breath stopping. Paracetamol did not help.

This condition says that there may be a serious problem like related to heart may be lingering and needs urgent investigations like EKG, X-ray chest, ultrasonography of abdomen and tests of blood, urine and stool.

You should also be examined by a Doctor for clinical evaluation, and the report correlated to the clinical findings to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
It is already 7 days hence make the decision fast.
