Suggest Remedy For Pain When Diagnosed With Bilateral Sacroiliitis
Question: i have Bilateral Sacroiliitis and si joint pain from last 3 yrs.it is disturbing every day life.i want to take injection in si joint.please give me suggestion

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that since you have the problem bilaterally , injecting in one joint will not solve the issue . I would like to see your reports first and then guide you accordingly so please attach your latest reports and prescriptions .
Sazo , you should continue but it needs to be given in a dose of 2 gms at least so I will suggest you what more can be done by having a look at whats going on.

Your HLA B27 is negative , MRI report you havent attached so how would we come to a conclusion that you are having Ankylosing spondylitis . Even if you have it , your dose is not adequate to control the disease , we need to modify it to give your relief .
I think you are being treated inadequately , you will need to visit a bigger centre for your appropriate evaluation. There are many new drugs which act in Ankylosing spondylitis like Infliximab etc . so you should get yourself evaluated and it will surely benefit you .
