Question: while having sex.. lot of blood came out of my penis foreskin.. there is no pain or irritation.. it felt like under the foreskin there is a tear.. what is the reason for this and the best treatment.. what are the things I should be careful of..

Possible frenulum tear.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed for owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your attached images.

This is a Case bof frenulum tear.

This can bleed heavily .But this isn't a serious concern.

This will not repeat on subsequent occasions.

This will not cause any sexual or other health issues in the future.

This does not require any special medical attention, since the bleeding had resolved .

Application of topical medication like Betadine and Soframycin will help.

For the next few sex sessions make sure you do it smoothly to avoid any trauma.

Avoid sexual activity for atleast 2 weeks until it heals.

Antibiotics are not required at the moment.
