Brief Answer:
You should see a orthopaedician.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having lumbar spondylosis with compressive neuropathy as it is common in your age and you are having radiating pain to left lower limb. MRI of lumbar spine is needed to confirm it and to exclude other causes of backache. You should see a orthopaedician for it. You are likely to benefits from rest, glucosamine, Mecobalamine and analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
