Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the picture you posted in your query it looks like it might be a folliculitis.
It means some infection and inflammation of the hair follicle.
It usually will go away in 2-3 days on its own. If it doesn't or increases then applying antibiotic cream containing neomycin or soframycin can help.
Apply antiseptic cream before you apply antibiotic.
If it worsens with applying these cream then it could be fungal and anti fungal cream can help.
