Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

In your case you may lower your cholesterol levels naturally with healthy lifestyle and diet.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do as follows:
- increase physical activity
- reduce alcohol consumption
- eat healthy foods reach in fresh fruits and vegetables, poor in animal fats and diary.
- quit smoking
- add omega 3 fish oil supplements
- eat garlics every day
This will help to lower cholesterol levels naturally without using lipitor. If after three months cholesterol levels will persist to be high, than you should start using lipitor.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
