Suggest Remedy For Health Anxiety

Question: Doing pretty well, but as you know from my prior questions, I have very significant anxiety over my health. Last few days I have been experiencing numerous feelings of pins and needles, and/or itching (parathesia?) . The feelings last just a few seconds, but occur on both sides of my body at different times and locations.. Head, face, chest, arms, hands, legs, feet. No real pattern and not localized. Assuming its anxiety driven, but always worried about the worst case - e.g. brain or spinal tumor. No weakness or numbness or balance issues, etc.

Do you see cause for concern?

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No reason to be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back here at HCM and thanks for asking me directly.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Happy to hear that you are doing pretty well.

Pins and needles, or even paresthesia when are caused by neurologic conditions such tumors or even nerves compression, always follow a typical distribution fashion and don't last only few seconds, they worsen with time, unless treatment is started.

So, again in my opinion there is no reason to be concerned besides anxiety disorder.

Don't worry much more than necessary, and keep doing well.

Hope this helps you.

Best regards.
