2. Any frequent loose stools ?
3. Any weight loss?
4. Any particular diet that makes you more flatulent?
5. Any history of Anemia?

since past 2 years.. sometimes it gets well but sometimes it comes up. 2 yrs before I had suffered from sever typhoid and relapsed twice after that I developed a condition of haemorroids and tight stool problem. Specially when I do not take fibres in the morning tight stool occurs. To avoid this problem I mainly take chapatis into my diet.

In the morning I take tea for freshing up but I do not feel satisfied that my entire bowl is getting emptied out . I am IT professional so I take tea in the evening as refreshment that too in small quantity but contiunous flatulence happens when I take tea in the evening.

Loose motion also happens sometimes but weight is constant. no history of anemia. Sometimes food reflux
No pain killer intake. I have allergy from dust so sometimes I take montc LC as prescribed by the dtr.

also any sought of excitement and nervousness causes either flatulence ..sometimes stool discharge

Brief Answer:
Get Tested.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
It's important to rule out Celiac disease in scenario like yours
Get Anti TTG Antibody test from a reliable lab and share the report with me.
It's important to get this test done because, in case you have this, the treatment would be entirely different.
Get it tested and write back to me with report.
It is simply a blood test.
If you have any further query please ask me.
