Brief Answer:
Need 24 Holter ECG for further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir/ Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have gone through your query and attached images/reports in detail.

As of now, there are few lacunar infarcts in the brain which could be due to long standing HTN and DM .They are of not much significance and do not contribute to frequent spells of dizziness.

At this point, it's important to screen for conduction disorder of the heart which can present as heart blocks.

For this, I advice you to get a complete 24Holter ECG along with 2D echo of heart.

Further I would like to know why was Amantadine and Ropirinole prescribed by your doctor? ?Is Alzheimer's disease diagnosed in his case? IF YES, when?

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
