Brief Answer:
Head CT needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns,

Dizziness and double vision are neurologic symptoms that need to be evaluated further after head injury.

Even since you didn't had the classic brain injury symptoms that include loss of consciousness after the injury, amnesia, nausea and vomiting, delayed neurologic symptoms and your age warrant a head CT to evaluate/rule out damages of brain such subdural hematoma and brain contusions.

If CT results negative in finding brain damages related to injury, it was only a concussion.

You should discuss with your primary care Doctor about above mentioned issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
